Terms and Conditions of Service



By placing an order in person, over the phone, by email or text,  customers are bound to the following Terms and Conditions of Services:

Regular Domestic or Commercial Cleaning Services

1. The customer must agree to these terms before the first clean commences  with the relevant documentation signed and returned.
2. Fees are payable by the client on a weekly basis for all contracted regular services and on the day of completion for every other service. If a new client upfront payment may apply.  Our preferred method of payment is BACS.  Payment will be made in to our nominated account as per cleaning schedule.
3. Boss Cleaning reserves the right to suspend services if payments are late or not made.
4. The quote given can only be a rough estimate of the duration of cleaning, which is based on a basic description of the customers premises, please note that the cleaner may discuss a variation of the planned duration, if in practise, if it appears to be required.
5. If collection of keys is required from a different location charges may apply.
6. One month minimum contract applies for all Regular Cleaning Services.
7. All valuable, fragile, breakable, sentimental items, cash must be removed as these are excluded from our insurance.
8. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation should the clients original requirements change.
9. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power.
10. Any complaints must be brought to our attention within 24 hours after completing the job, in order for us to be able to rectify any problem.
11. By entering in to our Terms after termination of the cleaning services we provided, a client must not hire or use any services provided by a present or past cleaners introduced to the client by Boss cleaning, if the client does wish to hire or use services provided by such cleaner our referral fee is £250.
12. If payment is not made on the day required then a 15% late fee will be added to the invoice for each day that it’s in arrears.
13.  Boss cleaning may require the client at the begging of a contract and at the end to inspect the job provided, so if any corrections are required can be corrected on the day.
14. Customer requires the full charge of the job if the customer cancels or changes the date / time less that 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
